Inaugural EQUAL ERG Summit
Annual ERG Summit & Vendor Fair

The inaugural 3‑day EQUAL ERG Summit brought 120 associates and allies together for storytelling, strategy, and community building. I led the execution, managing logistics and designing engagement elements that elevated inclusion and visibility.

The annual event brought 10 ERGs and 120+ leaders together in a hybrid format to strengthen alignment, visibility, and collaboration. Supported strategy and execution, coordinating logistics, comms, to deliver a seamless, values‑aligned experience.

7 Core Behaviors Interactive Activation

Transformed The PepsiCo Way annual activation into an interactive experience using large‑scale visuals, recognition walls, vendor fair, and role‑play tools, engaging 2,000 associates and generating 20,000 impressions. Supported the organization of comms, graphics, and logistics of in-person events.

Experiential Engagement The PepsiCo Way

The PepsiCo Way event delivered branded installations, photobooth engagement, a behavior‑based raffle, and a multi‑week programming calendar. Led design, content creation, vendor coordination, printing, event planning, and on‑site logistics.

Supported the creation of a large‑scale ERG Mural Wall for PepsiCo Foods U.S., developed by the DEI team in partnership with all 10 Employee Resource Groups. The design features imagery representing each ERG and the DFW community, engaging 3,000+ associates daily.

Leadershift Inclusion Training Program

Coordinated 7‑module DEI inclusion training across U.S. sites, managing 90+ workshops, aligning trainers and HR partners, streamlining communications, and ensuring scalable, consistent delivery that strengthened inclusive leadership skills for 8,000+ managers through effective coordination.

Content Strategy, Design & Email Communications

Communications, onboarding, and content systems that strengthen employee engagement. Developed onboarding materials, managed MS Teams resources, and produced 80+ best‑practice guides, policies, and how‑to content. Designed monthly and quarterly ERG newsletters.

Curated branded swag collections that reinforced culture, celebrated milestones, and fostered belonging for employees and ERG members, delivering cohesive, memorable touchpoints that strengthened engagement, elevated connection, and enhanced the overall employee experience across programs.

Social Media STEPS With Horses Fund Raising

Support STEPS With Horses with communications, donor engagement, and storytelling that strengthened transparency, highlighted program impact, and deepened community connection through social content, annual report support, donation tracking, and personalized donor outreach.

Alzheimer’s Black History Month Campaign
Orchid Giving Circle Philanthropy Experience

The Orchid Giving Circle hosted annual philanthropic event at Frito‑Lay HQ, bringing 240 leaders and stakeholders together to advance investment in Asian women and girls. Led logistics and the full on‑site experience, delivering a showcasing community partnership.

Developed a culturally aligned digital and print campaign for the Alzheimer’s Association’s Black History Month events, reaching community members across social platforms and partner sites. Led creative direction, design adaptation, and collaboration with ALZ staff to ensure consistent branding.

Curated Custom Branded Swag

Concepted and designed a 24' poster wall for The PepsiCo Way, creating a high‑impact visual installation that encouraged associates to share how they live TPW behaviors through selfies, stories, and Viva Engage posts. Project managed the print and installation.
