Inaugural EQUAL ERG Summit
Annual ERG Summit & Vendor Fair
The inaugural 3‑day EQUAL ERG Summit brought 120 associates and allies together for storytelling, strategy, and community building. I led the execution, managing logistics and designing engagement elements that elevated inclusion and visibility.
The annual event brought 10 ERGs and 120+ leaders together in a hybrid format to strengthen alignment, visibility, and collaboration. Supported strategy and execution, coordinating logistics, comms, to deliver a seamless, values‑aligned experience.


PepsiCo Core Behaviors Interactive Activation
The PepsiCo Way event transformed seven core behaviors into an interactive experience using large‑scale visuals, recognition walls, and role‑play tools, engaging 2,000 associates and generating 20,000 impressions. I led creative direction and execution.




Experiential Engagement The PepsiCo Way
PepsiCo Day of Understanding Donations
The PepsiCo Way event delivered branded installations, photobooth engagement, a behavior‑based raffle, and a multi‑week programming calendar. I led design, content creation, vendor coordination, printing, event planning, and on‑site logistics.
Day of Understanding turned interactive Smile Cookie Campaign that engaged 6,000 associates and raised daily donations. Led creative direction and project management to deliver a high‑impact, purpose‑driven experience through empathy and shared action.
Supported the creation of a large‑scale ERG Mural Wall for PepsiCo Foods U.S., developed by the DEI team in partnership with all 10 Employee Resource Groups. The design features imagery representing each ERG and the DFW community, engaging 3,000+ associates daily.

Alzheimer’s Black History Month Campaign
Leadership Investment for Tomorrow (LIFT)
Developed a culturally aligned digital and print campaign for the Alzheimer’s Association’s Black History Month events, reaching community members across social platforms and partner sites. Led creative direction, design adaptation, and collaboration with ALZ staff to ensure consistent branding.
A 12-month program pairing associates with executive sponsors to accelerate growth. Supported 7 cycles, leading onboarding, communications, cohort engagement, logistics, and graduation events to strengthen retention, clarity, and the overall participant experience.
The Orchid Giving Circle hosted their annual philanthropic event at Frito‑Lay HQ, bringing 240 leaders and stakeholders together to advance investment in Asian women and girls. I led communications, logistics, and the full on‑site experience, delivering a seamless, culturally resonant program that showcased community partnership.


Leadershift Inclusion Training Program
Coordinated multi‑module DEI training across U.S. sites, managing 90+ workshops, aligning trainers and HR partners, streamlining communications, and ensuring scalable, consistent delivery that strengthened inclusive leadership skills for 8,000+ managers through effective coordination.




Content Strategy, Design & Email Communications
Branded Experience Kits & Culture Touchpoints
Content creation for onboarding decks, MS TEAMS portal, developed 80+ best‑practice guides, policies, and how‑to’s. Designed monthly and quarterly ERG newsletters and supported ERG treasurers with a $250K annual budget and AOP present‑outs. Oversaw tracking, invoicing, and resolution of a $1.3M DEI budget for PepsiCo Foods.
Curated branded swag collections that reinforced culture, celebrated milestones, and fostered belonging for employees and ERG members, delivering cohesive, memorable touchpoints that strengthened engagement, elevated connection, and enhanced the overall employee experience across programs.
